Victaulic #107 QuickVic Rigid Coupling | EHP Gasket
The Victaulic #107 QuickVic Rigid Coupling joins carbon steel and stainless steel pipes prepared with the Victaulic Original Groove System (OGS) groove. Designed to provide a rigid pipe joint, it effectively restricts axial or angular movement, ensuring a secure and stable connection. The coupling features a unique EHP gasket formulated from a polymer-rich antidegradent, delivering superior physical properties and performance under various conditions.

Specifications
Housing: Ductile iron conforming to ASTM A536, Grade 65-45-12.
Gasket: Grade "EHP" EPDM (Red and Green or Yellow and Green Stripes color code). Temperature range –30ºF to +250ºF (–34ºC to +121ºC). Suitable for hot water service and various dilute acids, oil-free air, and many chemical services. Not compatible with petroleum services.
Pipe Joint Lubricant is recommended for proper gasket installation to prevent the gasket from being pinched. Apply a thin coat to the gasket exterior, gasket lips and/or housing interiors.
Fasteners: Carbon steel oval neck track bolts and hex nuts meeting ASTM and ISO standards. Zinc electroplated per ASTM B633 FE/ZN5, finish Type III (imperial).
