The original instructions & box are included, the box will show typical wear and may be different than the version shown. Original, genuine Simanco part #160985, 161157 or 161102, comes with the following stitch cams #161000, 161001, 161002, 161003. *Please note that this attachment is for use with low / straight shank machines only
