Product Description
This universal kitchen knife has three virtues and is ideal for all fish, meat and vegetable preparation. Perfectly balanced, the broad blade cuts effortlessly through vegetables, fish or meat.
The blade is made of exceptionally high quality non-stainless (carbon) steel. It has a very fine, traditional Solingen thin grind and is fine-glazed by hand and can be sharpened with a ceramic sharpening rod, a sharpening steel or a sharpening stone.
The handles are handmade from beech and honed, polished and oiled by a master craftsmen.
Care Instructions
Best Used for chopping fruits, vegetables on a cutting board or for filleting and carving fish and meats.
