Kleton 5 Gallon Pail Tipper is used to safely and easily dispense the contents of 5 gallon round pails.  A safety lock holds container securely at a dispensing height of 10 inches, while the handle provides the operator with sufficient leverage to tip the pail without fatigue. The pail is then tipped back until dispensing is required again.

Folds for easy storage.
