This is a pretty vintage jello Lucite 1960s bangle. It is a gorgeous transparent lavender purple color. The bangle is made from a high quality genuine 1960's Lucite. The DuPont Company began commercial production of Lucite in 1936. Lucite is a strong, transparent thermoplastic. Lucite is clear in color but it can be tinted with any color, in this case lavender purple. Measurements: inside opening 2-1/2 inches, width 2 inches and thickness 1/4 inch. In very good condition.
