Beautiful carnival glass with milky-frosting waive ribbon surround. The handle is applied clear glass. There is no spout on the mouth opening otherwise I would have called it a pitcher. Superb glass blowing workmanship. Exquisitely designed, shaped and executed right down to it’s pontil.
